The Nutty Kind

We’re away on a family holiday! It’s been so nice to relax and enjoy each others company, eating, laughing and playing games.

Like many others, I’ve read about how hard it is to eat healthy while you’re away from home, and your own kitchen.

My sister has an incredible super blender, so while I had the chance I made some Bliss Balls to tide me over – they were so yummy my family were ‘trying’ them and a weeks worth disappeared in 2 days…


  • 1 cup of Dates
  • ½ cup Almond Meal
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil


  1. Blend nuts and dates,
  2. Pour into mixing bowl, add almond meal, and cocoa powder
  3. Melt coconut oil and add into mix.
  4. Mix into dough, and roll into balls.

Store in airtight container, in the cool.

Makes 24… ish…
